Application areas

• Octenisan is suitable for whole body washing (incl. hair washing and showering). It is gentle to the skin.
• It is suitable for all skin types, even skin that is sensitive to soap or susceptible to allergies.
• Suitable for mild and gentle washing of patients prior to surgery and especially suitable for use on intensive care and infection wards.
• Tested according to EN 12054
• Microbiogical effectiveness: Octenisan® antimicrobial wash lotion has proven effectiveness in accordance with modified prEN 12054. Octenisan® wash lotion has been shown to be effective against bacteria in just 60 seconds.

Directions

• For washing, apply Octenisan Wash Lotion undiluted to a clean, damp washcloth.
• Rub onto the areas of the body to be cleansed, observing the required 1-min contact time, then wash off.
• For showering and/or hair washing, simply use Octenisan Wash Lotion in the same way as commercial hair and skin washing preparations.
